Shipping Protection is an optional add-on ($2.99 per order) that you can choose at checkout.
What it covers
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged while in transit, we'll reship your order or refund it.
How to make a claim
Email us at renegomezorozco@hotmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and a short description (and photos if the item arrived damaged). We'll review it and reply with next steps.
What it doesn't cover
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
- Returns for size or preference (see our Refund Policy and 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee).
Shipping Protection is optional. You can remove it before checkout.
