We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return or refund: Email us at renegomezorozco@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions:
- Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- Optional Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can replace or refund it.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Contact us and we'll help you with an exchange.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
