Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all US orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking: When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also visit https://nuvarogoods.com/pages/track-order.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages: If you added optional Shipping Protection at checkout, we'll reship or refund qualifying lost, stolen or damaged packages. See https://nuvarogoods.com/pages/shipping-protection.
